My mood board for this project was based on simplifying the box, using fewer fonts, and a type illustration style for the imagery.
For the color palette, I chose colors that I thought best represented the brand itself, and different colors that would go best with their respective product.
For the fonts on this project, I wanted to keep them minimal and as few as possible. I went with a clean sans-serif font to help modernize the packaging, but used a handwritten font to keep the family focus aspect of the brand.
My ideation for this project was mainly designing and trying a bunch of different imagery styles, the placement of elements, and how I treated color on the box. This helped me to figure out which parts did and didn’t work, keeping small parts of most versions in my final design.
