Studies on Motion
Studies on Motion was a set of motion video projects. Each one involved a different action word that was being interpreted into motion. The goal of this series of projects was to learn how to dynamically put typography into motion that communicates and expresses the word in a visually interesting way.
To complete this project, I learned how to use After Effects to animate action words by adjusting the keyframes and then combined 9 of my final animations into a compilation. For each individual clip, I first thought about and researched how and what the word means so that I was able to make an animation that best represented the meaning of the word in motion.
